I provide freelance web design, funnel design, automation, and related digital creative services as outlined on this website or in client proposals.

2. Payment

Payments are due as per the terms outlined in project proposals, invoices, or contracts. Work will commence once the initial payment or milestone deposit is received.

3. Communication

All communication is managed through email or approved channels such as Slack, Trello, or ClickUp to maintain clarity and accountability during the project.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revisions as detailed in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Third-Party Tools

Any third-party costs (such as hosting, domains, paid plugins, or subscriptions) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on feedback response times, scope adjustments, or unforeseen delays. Clear communication will be maintained throughout.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of design and digital services, refunds are generally not provided once a project has commenced. However, reasonable efforts will be made to ensure client satisfaction.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final approved deliverables (designs, website files, etc.). I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio and promotional materials.

9. Liability

I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or delivered work. Third-party service issues fall outside my responsibility.

10. Updates to this Policy

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services or best practices. Updates will be noted by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
